How do we convert from our present
service? What is the charge?
As indicated previously, MGM will be
responsible for the entire data
conversion process. There will be no
additional charge for the conversion of
data from your computer system to ours.
We have written the conversion interface
for many systems that exist in the local
market today. We do not anticipate any
problems or delays in the conversion of
the computerized data.
There
is, however, a charge for any manual
conversion of hard data from source
documents to our systems. The charge
for manual conversion is $.85 per account
for the manual conversion. All conversion
services will be provided by MGM
personnel.
Accordingly,
for manual conversions, the duration of
the conversion will be dependent upon how
many accounts will be converted, as well
as, the quality of the source documents
available for our use.
During
the conversion and transition planning
phase, we will work with you and each of
the practitioners as well as each
location to develop a complete conversion
and transition plan for you.
