Is there an
additional cost for electronic billing or
submission of claims? If so, what is the
cost per claim?
McGrath
Group Management submits electronic
claims to approximately 85% of carriers
including: Medicare, Anthem, Workers'
Compensation, as well as dozens of
commercial carriers.As indicated in the
response to question number 2 above, MGM
provides at no additional charge to you,
the claims submission, either electronic
or on paper HCFA forms beyond our monthly
retainer and postage fees. The
exception to this is if we file
electronic claims to Ohio Department of
Public Welfare, there is a 38 cent charge
per claim. There is no charge for
submitting these claims on paper. There are no
additional or hidden costs associated
with our services.
