It’s no secret that physicians
struggle to balance patient care with increasing demands
on their time to devote to paperwork, billing, insurance
forms, and the myriad of other requirements imposed upon
them by the insurance companies and government.
Ironically, although the demands of providing care have
increased, many established physicians earn less than
they did twenty years ago.
To make matters worse, despite the proliferation of the

enacted HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and

things, all medical transactions and records be
